How do I modify the information on my profile?

 

To update your profile information on Anelove:

  • Click the icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Navigate to your profile by clicking where your photo and username are displayed.
  • Tap the three dots to access more options.
  • Select “Edit My Profile.”
  • You can now add or modify your information.
  • Remember to click “Save” to keep your changes.

Confirming Your Identity for Email Address Change

If you need to update your registered email address and do not have access to the current one, you may request a change from us. To ensure it’s really you, we may ask for proof of your identity. This helps protect you from unauthorized attempts to alter your account.

How It Works:

To confirm your identity, please provide one of the following:

  • A photo/screenshot of your bank statement showing recent charges made on Anelove.
  • A utility bill (less than three months old) showing your name and current address (e.g., gas, electricity, water, landline phone bill, but not a mobile phone bill), or a photo/screenshot of your bank statement with your billing address visible.
  • A photo of your credit card used on Anelove (showing the full name of the cardholder, the last four digits, and the expiration date).

How to Change Your Email Address:

To update your email address:

  • Go to your profile and select: “My Settings.”
  • Change your email by clicking on the “Change” button.
  • Click “Send Confirmation Email.”
  • Open the message received at your current email address and click on “Change Email.”
  • Enter your new email and click “Change.”
  • You will then receive a confirmation message at your new email. Open it and click “Confirm This Email Address.” All set!

Note: If you do not have access to the email with which you are currently registered, please send us proof of account ownership, and we will assist in making the changes.

Good to Know:

The confirmation messages we send may end up in the Spam or Junk folder of your email. Be sure to check these folders as well.

How to Change Your Password:

Changing your password is straightforward:

  • Click on your profile picture, then “My Preferences.”
  • Click on “Edit” next to the “Password” section.
  • Enter your current password and your new password.
  • Save your changes by clicking “Change My Password.”
  • Done! You will receive a confirmation of the password change at your registered email address on Anelove.

How to Delete Your Account:

We’re sorry to see you go! If there’s anything we can do to assist, please contact us through the “Contact Support” button.

However, if you have decided:

  • Click on your profile picture at the top right of your screen.
  • Select “My Settings.”
  • Scroll down to the bottom of this section and click on “Delete My Account” to finalize the deletion.

 

Want to delete an old account you no longer have access to?

 

  • Contact us, and we will delete it once we have proof that it indeed belongs to you.

 

Are my profile details visible to other members?

 

The information on your profile (real name, gender, email, age) is not visible to other members; everything is secure.

When visiting your profile, members will see:

  • Your username
  • Your profile picture
  • What you have written in the “About Me” section
  • Your verified information
  • Your city

 

How do I set my email notifications?

 

You can easily configure your email notifications:

  • Click on your profile
  • Then on “My Preferences”
  • Next, select “Notifications” (in the left column)
  • Click the button next to each notification you wish to receive (it will turn from grey to blue). Remember, you can also choose how often you receive these emails.
  • You can also turn them all off by clicking the button next to “Allow Email Notifications.”
